Easy drinking and great for a warm summers evening. If you like slightly hoppier beers but not as hoppy as an IPA then this beer is your beer.

500g Carahell (Weyermann) 9%

@10mins – 25g Mosaic (13.2% AA) 13.6IBU
Hopstand at 80C for 20mins – 40g Amarillo (9.7% AA) 3.2IBU
Hopstand at 80C for 20mins – 40g Mosaic (13.2% AA) 4.3IBU
Yeast:
Fermentus US-05 1 packet (11.5g) for 10 days
