Our American Pale Ale ingredients kit is designed around Brewing on our Brew Buddy 40l Micro Brewing machine. You can brew this recipe on other equipment. Chat to us if you need assistance in scaling the recipe.
This Ingreditents kit includes all the ingredients you need to brew this American Pale Ale just set up your Brew Buddy or other equipment and add water and off you go.
The kit includes the following ingredients:
4kg Weyermann Pale malt
1kg Weyermann Munich I malt
500g Weyermann Carahell malt
100g Mosaic hops
50g Mosaic hops
1 packet (11.5g) Fermentus US-05 yeast
Optional is to use a clarifying agent such as Irish mos
