Maintaining the proper temperature is a very important part of the fermentation process, which is why having a reliable temperature control device is also so important. Luckily for you home brewers and distillers, we offer a fermentation temperature controller that promise to adjust the temperature while working in conjunction with a refrigerator or other cooling device.

Control fermentation temperatures by connecting the temperature controller to a fridge/ freezer (and heating pad/belt if you have one). This is a two stage controller that will turn on a heating or cooling, whichever is needed.

Place the temperature probe directly on the side of your fermenter, set the desired temperature on the controller and the thermostat will regulate the temperature by either switching the fridge/freezer on or of, or by activating a heating pad/belt if you have one.

The STC-1000 is a versatile small electronic temperature controller, with heating and cooling functions, plus audible alarm. The unit is is able to always keep your fermentation at a stable temperature. This mini Temperature Controller is an excellent and convenient multifunction device for controlling temperature in any of your home projects. By utilizing the temperature controller, you can provide an environment with optimal temperature.
