Description
Irish Moss is derived from seaweed and used as a clarifying agent. It acts to coagulate the proteins that are suspended in the liquid which then drop out of the liquid.
Use normally 1 teaspoon (5ml) in a 20L batch at the last 15minutes of the boil.
