Our Lager ingredients kit is designed around Brewing on our Brew Buddy 40l Micro Brewing machine. You can brew this recipe on other equipment. Chat to us if you need assistance in scaling the recipe.

This Ingreditents kit includes all the ingredients you need to brew this Lager just set up your Brew Buddy or other equipment and add water and off you go.

The kit includes the following ingredients:

3.7kg Weyermann Pilsner Malt

1kg Weyermann Munich I malt

300g Weyermann Vienna malt

200g Weyermann Carapils malt

50g Mittlefrueah hops

50g Hersbrucker hops

1 packet (11.5g) Fermentus W34/70 or 50ml Liquid Culture Oslo Yeast

Optional is to use a clarifying agent such as Irish mos
