The kit includes the following ingredients:

1.6kg Simpson Maris Otter malt

1.6kg Weyermann Pilsner Malt

450g Weyermann Vienna malt

400g Weyermann Carapils malt

250g Weyermann Melanoiden malt

50g Saaz hops

50g Cascade hops

50g Simcoe hops

50g Citra hops

1 packet (11g) Lallemand Notthingham yeast

Optional is to use a clarifying agent such as Irish mos
